This vet is not only overly expensive as we later learned but is also quite rude specifically to my wife. We took a small dog we had into her and she convinced us that the problem would require an expensive surgery and specialty food that would cost close to $400 a month. This was late on a Friday evening and it seemed she just wanted to go home. In any case agreed that the dog should be put down based on that information. We since found through another vet and through some web searching that the issue our dog had could have been sold with a simpler surgery that was not extremely expensive and would not require specialty food for more than a few weeks. This dog could have been saved but they were more interested in going home and charging a lot of money. To make it worse they would not even let my wife go back with the dog when they put her him down. We have found that there are many other vets specifically happy paws in the same area that are much better much more reasonable priced and better demeanor

We’ve taken our pets to Warren Animal Hospital for years. Dr Warren’s knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. Recently when our Shih-Tzu with IVDD suffered a spinal injury and was partially paralyzed before the surgical option, she recommended conservative therapy along with acupuncture. Which she administered herself with astounding results. We were beyond grateful to report that he made a full recovery! She’s also preformed multiple oral surgeries for our FIV, positive rescue cat with amazing results. From spay and neuters, to basic checkups and vaccines, from illness and injuries to surgeries, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur babies. The knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff at Warren Animal Hospital is an added bonus!
