I really like the staff there and feel they treat my dog well, but I have never once had an appointment start on time. The average range is about 15-30 minutes past when it's scheduled, and there's usually a decent amount of waiting once you're back in the room too.

I just wanted to say this is one of the best places to go when you’re having to say goodbye to your sweet pups. I believe Torbin, a young gentleman, he made me feel so welcome and gave me all the time I needed when I was saying my goodbyes. He made me laugh too and it was needed cause I cried for a long time. He deserves the praise cause I can’t thank him enough for being such a great human being. Comforting my baby as he passed and making sure I was okay with continuing every step of the way. Thank you! Truly, to all of you!
