Wonderful place to take your babies. The doctors and staff love my babies as their own. Dr bartolotto and Dr Richey are the best.

I understand now why it’s easy to get your pet in there and why the whole place is empty. We got one of our son in the military’s dogs and he had taken him there. They don’t tell your prices they tried selling us on stuff that we don’t need and then it was almost triple what our regular vet charges I guess for the convenience of being able to not have to schedule it a week out if you want to pay triple this is the place !wouldn’t recommend !!!!!!! it could be cleaner too thanks to the folks there for being nice but no thanks for taking advantage of me financially.

It was an excellent experience! My sweet girl dog is healthy, the staff are amazing; everyone from the front staff to Dr. Richey, treated us like we are their only patients. We've been taking our dogs there for @ 20 years and will continue for another twenty.

Edit: STILL hate these people, but it's funny, 4.6 stars in Google reviews but 3.1 in Yelp 🤡💩 Dismissed from the practice for complaining about systematic poor treatment from the office staff. Received the dismissal directly from the vet, who was the practice's only saving grace, on typing paper with no letterhead. My animals ARE my children, and I'll say it again...i despise this office for long term unprofessionalism and bad office practices and for always ignoring my concerns with matters, then throwing us away..... Since they pushed me to do it, Im MUCH happier with the new vet office I found. My new boy's injuries are healed and his move inside is almost complete thanks to a much more efficient and professional situation.

Took my cat in with temp 103. Vet more concerned and discussed not being chipped because it was a stray that arrived. Had been around maybe 2 weeks but was very sick. I coukd not get in touch with PAWS. So I took it upon my self to get the cat help. She repeatedly complained about no chip and finding owner. I ask her to please treat the cat and we could discuss chip at later date. Antibiotic shot, told vital respiratory ( which Antibiotics do not work ? ) be she is theVet...correct? ..... was told the cat would perk up evening. By midnight he was so sick he could not hold up his head, morning labored breathing. Took to 24/hr ER vet. Before testing, diagnosed Bobcat fever. Yep, test confirmed. The cost here was half the amount it cost for 2 night 3 day stay in hospital. How is that possible??? Plus she diagnosed complety wrong. PLEASE PLEASE do not trust this clinic. 🙏
